How do we start using Reviewfy.io?
Reviewfy.io features an intuitive design and is highly user-friendly. You can use the web application without prior training, and it is easy to navigate. Our site has a detailed tutorial on each feature of the application.
After signing up and the successful email verification, you can start creating your trial survey project.
What is the trial period?
Launch your first project on us with our free trial offer. Create up to 5 survey forms, collect unlimited responses, add up to 5 team members, and receive 50 AI credits each day until your trial project is completed.
Do you allow us to use all the features of Reviewfy.io for the trial survey project?
Yes. All premium features are available to the subscribers during this trial period.
How many surveys can be sent during the trial period?
The trial period is designed to allow users to experience the Reviewfy.io app and get a feel for it. It gives you five survey forms with unlimited responses.
I am an Admin user. Can I add more users into the Reviewfy.io platform?
After you sign up and create a workspace, you will be able to add your team members (limited to 5 during the trial project). Once your trial project is completed, you can move up to a paid plan, which would enable you to onboard more team members per project.
How can we incentivize our surveys?
You can incentivize your surveys using R5 blockchain-based tokens. However, this feature is yet to be launched, so please await our further communication on these exciting R5 token rewards for your survey respondents.
We already have a customer feedback system in place? How do we integrate Reviewfy.io into it?
You just read our minds! Our engineers are already working on it and we’ll have it ready for you in our Phase II rollout.
Does Reviewfy.io have access to our customer details?
No! Reviewfy.io does not ask for or store any sensitive information pertaining to the users (survey takers) except for the data collected through the platform to facilitate the use of our services.
Why are we not able to delete the survey form created from the repository?
The survey forms can be deleted only till the time they are not used. Once the surveys are rolled out, you won’t be able to delete the forms from your repository. The survey forms once used can be re-used.
