How do we start using Reviewfy.io?
Reviewfy.io features an intuitive design and is highly user-friendly. The web application can be used without prior training and is easy to navigate. Our site has a detailed tutorial on each feature of the application.
After sign up, it would normally take 12 hours to access the Reviewfy.io app, due to back end authentication protocols.
What is the trial period?
We are giving a generous trial period of 6 months from the date of signup. After sign up, we will also provide you 5000 free R5 tokens for rewarding users. After this trial period of 6 months (from the date of sign up), you have the option of selecting a subscription model – either Plus or Premium.
Do you allow us to use all the features of Reviewfy.io during the 6 months trial period?
Yes. All premium features are available to the subscribers during this trial period.
How many surveys can be sent during the trial period?
The trial period is designed to allow users to experience the Reviewfy.io app and get a feel of it. Each survey can be sent to as many respondents (survey takers) as you decide.
I am an Admin user. Can I add more users into the Reviewfy.io platform?
After you sign up, you will be able to create users, user-groups and
workspaces.
How can we incentivize our surveys?
You can incentivize your surveys using R5 blockchain-based tokens. While signing up, you are given 5000 R5 tokens to enable you to reward your survey takers. After exhausting these tokens, you may have to get a replenishment of R5 Tokens from us.
How many tokens do we issue to the survey respondent?
Awarding the R5 Tokens to your survey respondents is fully at your discretion. The number of tokens that you decide to give to each survey taker can be determined by you at the time of creating the survey form.
We already have a customer feedback system in place? How do we integrate Reviewfy.io into it?
You just read our minds! Our engineers are already working on it and we’ll have it ready for you in our Phase II rollout.
Do we have to necessarily send the reward tokens to our survey respondents?
It’s not mandatory to send reward tokens to your survey respondents. You can in fact choose whether to incentivize or not while creating the survey form.
Does Reviewfy.io have access to our customer details?
No! Reviewfy.io does not ask for or store any sensitive information pertaining to the users (survey takers) except for the data collected through the platform to facilitate the use of our services.
Why are we not able to delete the survey form created from the repository?
The survey forms can be deleted only till the time they are not used. Once the surveys are rolled out, you won’t be able to delete the forms from your repository. The survey forms once used can be re-used.
Does my company incur a “gas fee” every time we reward tokens to the survey respondents?
Yes, your company will incur a gas fee every time you issue tokens to your respondents. However, the good news is that we’ve batched the token issuance (25 respondents per batch) so you save much on the gas fee. Also, Polygon Matic’s gas fee is the lowest now.
Can my company customize the tokens to match our brand?
Absolutely. Your company can customize the tokens to suit your brand name. For more details, please get in touch with your Account Manager.
What is the prevailing value of your R5 Token?
R5 tokens does not have a tangible, monetary value. We are on our way to build an R5 Community. We are planning to set up a merch shop that will enable users to exchange R5 tokens for company
merchandise.
Furthermore, we encourage organizations to make their branded merchandise available to us for us to distribute them against R5 Tokens.
What is Metamask?
Metamask is a Crypto Wallet and works as a gateway to several blockchain apps.
This comes as an Extension for Browsers like Chrome/ Firefox / Brave/Edge/Opera.

Is it necessary to install MetaMask in my browser to transact R5 Tokens?
Yes. Without MetaMask, you can neither receive R5 Tokens issued by Reviewfy.io nor issue R5 Tokens to your survey respondents.
Is it necessary for the survey respondents to install MetaMask in their web browser?
Absolutely. Without MetaMask the respondent cannot receive the R5 tokens from you into their wallet.
What is public address?
After the MetaMask is installed in a browser and an account created, a public address is generated pertaining to the holder of the MetaMask Account. This is like a bank account number and Token distribution both inward and outward happens only to this public address.
What is Secret Recovery Phrase (SRP) or Seed Phrase (SP) ?

What is a gas fee?
On Polygon, gas is a unit of measurement that represents the computational effort required to complete a transaction on the network. It is the fuel you must buy to incentivize miners to add your transaction to a block. Ref: https://blocknative.com/gas-estimator/polygon
Do I need to pay gas for my transaction?
Yes, always. To transact on the Polygon network, you are charged a fee, which is paid out to a miner to processes and validates the transaction. It is important to note that not all transactions will cost the same amount of gas. Depending upon the size of the transaction and the number of transactions gas fee will vary. Ref:

(to minimise the incidence of gas fee, R5 token issue mechanism is designed in such a way that you can “bunch” upto 25 responses and issue token in a single act.)
How do I pay the gas fee for sending R5 Tokens to survey respondents?
On Polygon network, you will have to pay for the gas by way of Matic.
You can obtain sufficient Matics and keep them in your Meta Mask account in exchange for fiat currency.
This Matic balance would deplete when gas is debited to your account in the MetaMask.
Using your commercial discretion you can buy and store the Matics, taking into account the prevailing market prices from time to time.
